C.A.S.IT., longtime friend of Lesley University, continues its collaboration with the institution, this time attending 2018’s Reggio-Emilia Project Exhibition.
150th ANNIVERSARY OF ITALY’S UNIFICATION
On the 150th Anniversary of Italy's Unification, under the leadership of Consul General of Italy, Giuseppe Pastorelli, CASIT celebrates the ongoing collaborations with many different school districts. The front steps of Massachusetts State House were crowded with hundreds of students proudly waving the Italian flag.

ITALIAN HERITAGE MONTH
In collaboration with Italian Heritage Month, CASIT awards scholarships to students in cooperation with the Education Office of the Italian Consulate and various school districts.
EDUCATIONAL FIELD TRIPS TO EATALY
C.A.S.IT., in collaboration with Eataly, organizes by-monthly educational trips to their Eataly Marketplace. High School students experience “dal vivo” the fundamentals of the Mediterranean diet, previously addressed in the classroom. They see products in the making while they interact with culinary experts to learn more about authentic Italian food.
Piazza all'Aperto. An Italian-Style block celebration in the center of Boston, in collaboration with the Consulate General of Italy in Boston and Eataly.
FESTA DELLA REPUBBLICA
Celebrating the birth of the Italian Republic, on June 2nd, with music, dance, food, and a wealth of Italian textbooks and informational material, in collaboration with the Consul General of Italy and Comites.
